Shipping Policy – SOLVIA

  1. Order Processing All orders placed on our store are processed within a maximum of 72 hours (3 business days) after payment confirmation. During this time, our teams carefully prepare your package at our central warehouse before handing it over to the international carrier.
  2. Shipping & Delivery Times Orders are shipped from our international warehouses. The average delivery time is 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and the local carrier's shipping volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can check at any time using the link provided.

During peak demand periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be affected by factors beyond Solvia's control, such as logistical congestion or customs inspections.

  1. Customer Responsibility The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the checkout process to ensure successful delivery of the order.

👉 If the address is incomplete, incorrect, non-existent, or if the customer fails to respond to calls or notifications from the delivery driver, the responsibility for delay or non-delivery lies with the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia.

The customer must also actively cooperate with the courier service in the event of a delivery issue, for example:

Confirming their delivery address, Providing additional instructions, Or collecting the parcel from the designated pick-up point assigned by the carrier (such as Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post or other local operators).

👉 If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, lack of response, parcel refusal, etc.) and is returned to our warehouses or held by the carrier, the customer may request a new shipment and will be responsible for the re-shipping costs, which may be invoiced, as Solvia fully covers the costs of the initial international shipment.

  1. Tracking & Claims Solvia proactively monitors all shipments to ensure customer satisfaction. In the event of a delay or issue, the customer may contact our customer service team, who will advise on the next steps and, if applicable, initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error attributable to our company.
